napi4dPrivacy Policy
This page describes what we collect when you use napi4d and how we keep that data protected. Our privacy approach centres on transparency—we tell you upfront what information we gather, who has access to it, and how long we store it. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we encrypt sensitive information to reduce risk.
When you create an account on napi4d, we collect your email, name, and phone number. During identity verification, we also collect government-issued ID data and a proof-of-address document. All of this information is encrypted at rest on our servers. We use it to manage your account, prevent fraud, and comply with local regulations in jurisdictions where we operate.
Our napi4d platform also tracks behavioural data—which games you play, when you log in, your deposit and withdrawal history—to understand service usage and improve our infrastructure. This data is not sold to third parties and is only accessed by our operations and fraud-prevention teams when needed.
What Data We Collect on napi4d
We collect several categories of information when you use our napi4d platform:
- Account information: Email address, name, phone number, and password (hashed, not stored in plain text)
- Identity documents: Government-issued ID (passport or national ID) and proof-of-address document, collected during account verification
- Payment information: Records of deposits and withdrawals, including the payment method used (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or bank transfer) and transaction amounts and dates
- Behavioural data: Login history, games played, wager amounts, game outcomes, session duration, and device information
- Device and network data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and mobile app version
- Communication data: Email messages, support chat transcripts, and any documents you upload to resolve disputes
We do not collect audio or video from your device. We do not track your location beyond what your IP address reveals (approximate city-level geolocation). We do not scan your contacts or calendar. Our data collection is limited to what we need to operate napi4d and comply with anti-money-laundering regulations.
How We Use Your Data
Our napi4d team uses the data we collect for these specific purposes:
- Account management: Verifying your identity, resetting passwords, managing two-factor authentication, and processing your login requests
- Payments: Processing deposits from online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and bank transfers; processing withdrawal requests and reconciling transactions
- Fraud prevention: Detecting suspicious patterns (e.g., large deposits followed immediately by large withdrawals, logins from multiple countries in minutes), preventing account takeover, and blocking known fraudulent payment methods
- Regulatory compliance: Storing identity documents for anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) purposes as required by jurisdictions where we operate
- Customer support: Resolving disputes, investigating withdrawn balance issues, and responding to your inquiries
- Platform improvement: Analysing aggregate usage patterns (e.g., "non-specific info of users on napi4d play live blackjack during evening hours") to optimise infrastructure and feature rollout timing during peak events like Liga 1 seasons or Piala AFF tournaments
We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your consent. We do not send unsolicited promotional emails or SMS messages. If you opt in to notifications, we only send transactional messages (e.g., withdrawal confirmation, password reset) and optional summaries you've explicitly requested.
Third-Party Data Processors and Storage
Our napi4d platform uses third-party services to operate. These processors have access to limited portions of your data:
- Payment processors: online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment receive your deposit and withdrawal requests. We do not give them your full identity document; they only see transaction amounts and payment account details.
- Cloud hosting providers: Our servers may sit outside your jurisdiction (e.g., in Southeast Asian data centres). These providers have encrypted access to your account data but cannot decrypt it without our encryption keys.
- Customer support platform: Our support team uses a third-party chat system to respond to your inquiries. Chat transcripts are encrypted and deleted after 90 days unless you need a longer audit trail for dispute resolution.
- Fraud-prevention service: We use a third-party fraud-detection API that receives anonymised behavioural data (login patterns, device fingerprints) but does not receive your name or identity documents.
All third-party processors are contractually obligated to keep your data confidential and use it only for the services we've hired them for. We audit their security practices annually.
Your Rights on napi4d
We believe you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. On napi4d, you can:
- Access your data: Log into your account and view your profile, transaction history, and login logs. You can also request a complete data export by contacting our support team.
- Correct your data: Update your phone number, email address, or address through your account settings. If your identity document information is incorrect, contact support for correction assistance.
- Delete your data: Request account closure, which removes your access to napi4d. We will delete non-essential data (game history, device logs) immediately, but retain identity documents and transaction records for seven years as required by anti-money-laundering regulations.
- Opt out of non-essential processing: You can disable optional notifications and disable behavioural analytics (though this may limit our ability to detect fraud on your account).
To exercise these rights, contact our support team through the napi4d app's Help section. We will respond within 30 days.
How We Protect Your Data
Our napi4d infrastructure uses industry-standard security measures:
- Encryption in transit: All data moving between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3 (the same encryption used by banks)
- Encryption at rest: Identity documents and payment information are encrypted using AES-256, so even if a server is physically stolen, the data cannot be read without our encryption keys
- Access controls: Only napi4d staff with specific roles (compliance, fraud prevention, customer support) can access your data. Access is logged and audited.
- Password security: Your password is hashed using a strong algorithm (bcrypt) and never stored in plain text. Our servers cannot tell us your password; we can only reset it.
- Two-factor authentication: Enabling 2FA adds a second security layer to your account, preventing access even if your password is compromised.
We cannot guarantee absolute security—no online service can—but we maintain security standards consistent with gaming and financial-services platforms.
